Adding Picture into Twitter account is now temporarily disabled.

Add photo to Twitter is temporarily disabled. I have been trying to add photo to my twitter account since this morning. I am still getting this below sign :(

Everyone guessing.., is there any new stuff coming in to this photo area? Lets wait and see.
